We will keep these as simple as possible, but the management reserve the right to impose terms and conditions which are fair and in the interests of all users of the service.
- All sales will attract a sales commission of only 2% of the total price for which the seller advertises the product for sale.
- The seller will list which areas he/she will deliver to, free of charge, and clearly intimate any other charges for which the buyer will be responsible.
- The buyer will take note of the details of delivery. If a refund has to be made, the refund will be reduced by 2% of the total price, before discount.
- We will offer discounts from time to time, but these are not guaranteed until a booking is placed and paid for, and may be withdrawn at any point before this.
- None of the following activities are allowed to be traded on the website and will not be accepted. Weapons dealing; Pornography; Drugs; Tobacco. We also reserve the right to remove any item we feel is not suitable or lowers the value or tone of the website.
- It is not permitted to buy your own products and any member found to be doing this will immediately be removed from the website.
- In every transaction, the buyer and seller will be requested to leave feedback. Members who leave feedback will become preferred members.
- In the event of a dispute, the website owners will investigate and impose a settlement on both members. In the future, this function will be a remit for the owners of the 3TR token. The decision of either of these parties will be final. A scoring system will be introduced later.
